NOTE - The Interfaith Rainforest Initiative in Brazil condemns the outrageous attacks against the Brazilian democracy and the physical and symbolic integrity of the headquarters of our main institutions - the Planalto Palace, the National Congress and the Federal Supreme Court.
We hope that all those responsible for these criminal acts will be exemplarily punished in accordance with the law.
We consider respect for the Federal Constitution and the preservation and integrity of the other symbols of our democracy to be fundamental values for building an equitable, peaceful and sustainable Brazil.
